The optimized sand mixing method combining base plate rotation and high-speed rotors witheccentric distribution is used to ensure large mixing capacity and good sand performance.The machine plate is equipped with vertical scraper to automatically clean the inner walls of themachine during the mixing process to ensure that no sand will attach to the inner walls.The high-speed sand mixing rotor is distributed eccentrically with a gap of 3mm between itsbottom and the bottom plate, ensuring the uniform mixing process.The sand could be discharged through the hydraulic rotation of the machine plate to reduce
discharge duration and ensure no sand leakage.
