2. High-precision weighing sensors ensure the casting weight control of each molten iron mold.

3. After adding molten iron to the pouring ladle, press the automatic run button. The sand mold memory function of the pouring machine will automatically and accurately move to the uncast castable sand mold farthest from the molding machine and automatically align it with the gate for casting.

4. After each sand mold is completed, it will automatically move to the next castable sand mold to continue casting.

5. Automatically skip pre-marked non-casting sand molds.

6. The small screw feeding mechanism is controlled by the servo to control the stepless adjustment of the synchronous feeding amount of the inoculant to realize the inoculation function with the flow of molten iron.
